Для «входа» в сеть принтеру нужно получить ip адрес, если это не удается, то могут возникать выше перечисленные ошибки. Причиной могут быть неправильно указанные: маска «подсети», основной шлюз, айпи адрес, который уже используется другим устройством.

В случаях, когда включена автоматическая выдача ип адреса на одном устройстве, то такой же способ должен быть указан на втором аппарате.
