Организация использования электронных мини-сейфов в номерах

Индивидуальные электронные сейфы в гостевых комнатах имеют ряд преимуществ перед депозитными ячейками, находящимися в зоне Reception (Приложение 10):

· депозитные ячейки обычно слишком малы для таких вещей, как фотоаппараты, ноутбуки, видеокамеры и т. д.;

· нет необходимости брать депозит (залог) за ключ, как при использовании депозитной ячейки, соблюдать ряд формальностей и оформлять необходимые документы;

· индивидуальные электронные сейфы позволяют гостям самим хранить свои ценности; не ждать в очереди, чтобы сдать или получить ценности в час пик — во время массового отъезда или регистрации, отвлекая тем самым персонал. Электронный сейф в номере доступен гостю 24 часа в сутки;

· отсутствие ключа повышает безопасность. Гости используют собственный код, который могут менять в любое время.

Несмотря на наличие электроники, сейфами легко пользоваться. Гость набирает свой собственный код, закрывает дверцу и нажимает кнопку «закрыть». В случае если гость забыл свой код, уполномоченный сотрудник гостиницы может открыть сейф электронным сервисным устройством. Если и сотрудник не в состоянии открыть сейф, он связывается по «горячей телефонной линии» с сервисной службой фирмы-поставщика и выясняет, как открыть конкретный сейф.

Если кто-либо попытался подобрать код и ввел его несколько раз неправильно, то сейф блокируется на 30 минут. В этом случае сейф можно открыть также только с помощью сервисного устройства. В случае необходимости можно прямо в присутствии гостя распечатать отчет из «памяти» сейфа, содержащий около 60 пунктов. Такие, например, как:

· 15 последних раз открывания и закрывания сейфа гостем (дата, время);

· 3 последних раза, когда сейф блокировался из-за неправильного ввода кода пользователем (дата, время);

Такие функции индивидуальных электронных сейфов помогают защитить не только ценности гостей, но и персонал гостиницы от порой необоснованных обвинений в кражах.

В отдельных гостиницах пользование сейфами — бесплатная услуга, включенная в стоимость номера. В большинстве же отелей — это дополнительная платная услуга (приблизительно 3-4 доллара США в сутки).

Итак, индивидуальные электронные сейфы — это не только комфорт и удобство для гостей, но также источник дохода отеля. Сейф окупается, как правило, менее чем за год. Если кнопка сброса есть (чаще всего она красного цвета), то нажмите на нее.

2. Далее с помощью комбинации клавиш введите новый код. Если код записан в систему, то вы услышите характерный звук. Желтый индикатор загорится, если код не принят и его придется перезаписать.

3. Как пользоваться электронным сейфом в отеле? Инструкция предполагает закрытие сейфа и проверку его работы. Первый раз не кладите в сейф документы, оцените его работу.

4. Если в процессе эксплуатации горит красная кнопка, то сейф требует замены батареек. Возможна системная поломка.

5. При повторном использовании введите код, после нажмите на кнопку Open или Enter для разблокировки хранилища.

Документы и деньги вы можете положить в сейф после нескольких успешных проверок.
